Strong financial or tax knowledge is preferred, and the position is focused on aligning mobility strategies with the evolving needs of the business and its employees worldwide. Scope of Responsibilities This position oversees all aspects of global mobility at Owens Corning. The Global Mobility Leader works collaboratively with HR business partners, business leaders, talent acquisition, corporate tax, and external vendors. The objective is to uphold efficient stewardship, mitigate risk, and manage costs associated with the global mobility program. Qualifications Proven subject matter expertise in managing mobility vendor partners and programs, with the ability to balance strategic discussions and deliver effective services for informed decision-making. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Extensive experience in vendor and Request for Proposal (RFP) management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree. At least 7 years of experience in a global business environment, focusing on global mobility program management, design, and stakeholder engagement.
