Do you have excellent self-direction and teamwork skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Foam Operator to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in the process of making doors. The Foam Operator - Performs the function of machine operator as part of the door manufacturing process. Additionally, this role is responsible for daily reporting of production and scrap, routine tracking of machine and foam specifications, chemical calibrations and routine equipment maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs the function of operating the automate Seimpelkamp foam system on the manufacturing line. Accurately completes daily production and scrap reporting. Completes daily checklists, recording information such as temperature settings and foam density checks, to ensure identification of issues that may prevent maximum machine productivity and product quality expectations. Performs calibration of the chemicals used within the process. Completes routine maintenance of equipment. Coordinates the work of associates performing operations that follow the foaming process.
