Electrical Controls Technician Russellville, AR Job Title : Electrical Controls Technician Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Revision Date : April 20, 2026 Location: Russellville, AR Pay Rate: $36.00 Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on site and/or individual performance Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 to be paid out as follows $2,000 at 90 days $3,000 at 180 days PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Automation & Controls Technician contributes to the success of Manufacturing Operations in the Russellville XPS Foam Plant. This position will provide controls, network, and automation support for the entire manufacturing operation. The Automation & Controls Technician is responsible for specifying, designing and trouble-shooting automated assembly equipment in a team environment to continuously improve manufacturing performance. They will continuously improve the process controls and mechanical automated systems throughout the facility. As a team member, you will have many opportunities to extend your skill base and will be expected to accept responsibility and be accountable for contributing to the successful operation of the plant. We expect pride in workmanship and team involvement in ensuring a safe environment, eliminating waste, and working together to solve problems, make decisions and improve operations.
