We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Core Algorithms & Sensing Platforms to lead one of Oura's most strategic product areas: the sensing and algorithmic foundations that enable our future member experience. This role sits at the intersection of software, firmware, hardware, science, and cloud. You will drive product strategy and execution for foundational sensing capabilities and core algorithms that power current and future Oura experiences. You will help Oura make smart tradeoffs across on-ring compute, raw data pipelines, battery, storage, sync behavior, signal quality, and member experience while shaping the roadmap for how those capabilities evolve across multiple generations of hardware.
