We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for mechanical components and assemblies across Oura's hardware programs. This role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal, as well as direct engagement with key mechanical suppliers. You will be accountable for building sourcing strategies that enable high-volume production readiness, supplier scalability, and cost/performance optimization-while supporting rapid development cycles and NPI execution. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our San Francisco office. What you will do - Lead mechanical sourcing for NPI and sustaining programs, including supplier selection, RFx execution, and award recommendations across key commodities (enclosures, stamped parts, CNC, injection molded parts, die cuts, soft goods) - Drive end-to-end commercial negotiations, including pricing, tooling/NRE, payment
