We are looking for a Senior Manager of EMS Sourcing to own day-to-day Contract Manufacturing (CM) relationship management, commercial execution, and sourcing strategy across Oura's contract manufacturing base. This is a senior individual contributor role that sits at the center of Oura's most financially significant supply chain function - requiring someone who brings both deep EMS domain expertise and the influence, judgment, and presence to operate effectively across engineering, program management, finance, and external CM partners. Oura's hardware portfolio is expanding in complexity, with multiple concurrent NPI programs and an accelerating product roadmap.
