Oura is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Retail, LATAM who will lead the business expansion and growth in the Latin America Region. This individual will provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the Oura retail sales function across LATAM. As a senior sales leader, the Director of Retail is accountable for, driving existing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, term negotiations, overall sales performance, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail sales management, a deep understanding of the consumer hardware market, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate brings deep retail experience, a track record of building and scaling retail partnerships in LATAM, and a passion for delivering best-in-class in-store and omnichannel brand
