About this role
Associate, Exchange Compliance New York, New York, United States Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate, Exchange Compliance to join our Compliance team. Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves-one that behaves like a doctor in the family. About the role: The Associate, Exchange Compliance, will lead operations and foster relationships with regulators, including operational and technical staff at state-based insurance exchanges and with CMS. You will bridge the gap between regulators and Oscar operations to ensure regulatory changes and operational adjustments are implemented and monitored. You will ensure Oscar complies with all industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. You will review operational practices, create and enforce policies & procedures, and perform regulatory reviews. You will ensure and enforce Oscar's compliance with external exchange operations. You will report into the Manager, State Based Exchanges. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year.
