About the role: The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, SIU partners across the organization to manage inefficiencies in the business. You will support teams in scoping, analyzing and monitoring performance of important financial and utilization metrics in service of our goals. The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics collaborates independently with stakeholders to define key questions and scope analyses. They may at times be called upon to speak to prepared analysis both internally and externally. This work aims to reduce medical waste and deliver more affordable and higher-quality health care for Oscar's members. You will report into the Manager, SIU Data Analytics & Reporting. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.
