About this role
Director, Communications United States, US The Federal Consulting team seeks a Director, Communications to own the transformation narrative, stakeholder messaging, and executive updates across the Oracle Health Transformation Office. This is a hands-on communications leadership role that turns transformation work into clear, action-oriented messages that drive behavior and decisions. The Director creates the narrative and communications that support alignment, adoption, accountability, and executive decision-making. The Director develops the messaging for why the Transformation Office exists and how it supports VA acceleration, creates executive-ready updates for steering committees and governance forums, and translates dashboard insights, risks, blockers, and decisions into clear leadership communications. Partnering with Strategy & Governance and the Change Lead, the Director keeps materials focused on decisions, actions, and escalations and drives adoption campaigns for new tools, SOPs, and process changes.
