About this role

Director, Communications United States, US The Federal Consulting team seeks a Director, Communications to own the transformation narrative, stakeholder messaging, and executive updates across the Oracle Health Transformation Office. This is a hands-on communications leadership role that turns transformation work into clear, action-oriented messages that drive behavior and decisions. The Director creates the narrative and communications that support alignment, adoption, accountability, and executive decision-making. The Director develops the messaging for why the Transformation Office exists and how it supports VA acceleration, creates executive-ready updates for steering committees and governance forums, and translates dashboard insights, risks, blockers, and decisions into clear leadership communications. Partnering with Strategy & Governance and the Change Lead, the Director keeps materials focused on decisions, actions, and escalations and drives adoption campaigns for new tools, SOPs, and process changes. Are you experienced in turning complex transformation work into clear, action-oriented communications? Can you craft executive-ready updates that focus leaders on decisions, actions, and escalations?
