Data Center Managing Counsel United States, US Data Center Managing Counsel Remote/telecommuting from with the US Oracle is currently seeking exceptional managing counsel to support continued dynamic growth in our Data Center and Networking legal team. We are looking for self-motivated, collaborative individuals who want to make an impact as a member of our expanding legal team. We partner with Oracle stakeholders to help drive the growth and development of the Oracle Cloud, one of the broadest and most integrated suites of cloud services in the industry. If you are a self-starter who wants to work in fast-paced, technology driven business, and who excels at finding creative solutions to complex and innovative issues, this position may be for you. The Data Center and Networking Legal team plays a critical role within Oracle's legal department, providing support for a wide range of sophisticated data center transactions. These include colocation services, energy procurement, and strategic arrangements with data center providers. Managing Counsel work closely with executive leadership to structure, negotiate, and close critical agreements, while coordinating across internal teams to ensure alignment with company policies. This role will also help drive best practices and contribute to the development of legal standards and processes within a rapidly evolving business.
