About this role

Consulting AI & Data Platform Brazil, BR The professional will be responsible for connecting AI strategy, Oracle AIDP, OCI, Generative AI, data platforms, solution architecture, delivery execution, reusable assets, and commercial acceleration. The ideal candidate must be able to engage executives, challenge weak assumptions, translate business problems into AI solutions, lead technical teams without ambiguity, and convert AI demand into qualified opportunities, prototypes, proposals, and scalable delivery programs. This is a senior role requiring strong executive presence, hands-on AI credibility, commercial attitude, and the ability to operate effectively across Presales, Delivery, Product, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead the AI strategy for the Oracle AIDP service practice across LATAM, including Generative AI, RAG, agents, analytics, data modernization, and industry use cases. • Act as the senior AI authority in strategic opportunities, executive workshops, engagements, architecture reviews, and proposal defense. • Translate business challenges into AI solutions with clear value hypotheses, KPIs, architecture, delivery scope, risks, and investment rationale. • Lead solution design for Oracle AIDP-based AI architectures, including Autonomous AI Database, Oracle AI Vector Search, OCI Generative AI, Data Integration, Lakehouse, Analytics, governance, and security. • Build reusable AI assets, including playbooks, demo patterns, reference architectures, estimation models, RAG templates, agent blueprints, and implementation accelerators. • Mentor and raise the technical bar for IC1-IC3 engineers, technical leads, project managers, and presales teams. • Support execution from qualification to prototype and commercial proposal, ensuring each engagement creates a credible path. • Establish AI delivery standards for responsible AI, security, privacy, model
