The Financial Reporting & Tax Director (LATAM) will play a key leadership role within the Finance organization, responsible for driving excellence in financial reporting, tax compliance, strategic global expansion, equity administration, and internal control framework development. This role will initially focus on financial reporting and tax compliance in the Latin American region and supporting the company's growing international footprint. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical accounting expertise, strong tax acumen, experience with global corporate structures and tax compliance, and the ability to operationalize structure and controls in a private company environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Support the preparation and review of statutory financials across Latin American and other international jurisdictions.
