Account Director, Quantitative Trading New York City, New York, United States About the team OpenAI's Go To Market team helps organizations understand, adopt, and deploy highly capable AI systems safely and effectively. We partner across Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships to help customers turn frontier AI into durable business impact. About the role As an Account Director focused on Quantitative Trading, you will own executive and technical relationships with leading buy-side investment firms, including some of the most sophisticated multi-manager, systematic, and data-intensive investment platforms in the world. This is a highly technical enterprise sales role. You will work with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of AI, data leaders, platform engineering teams, portfolio managers, researchers, and compliance stakeholders to help firms deploy OpenAI across research, data analysis, coding, knowledge retrieval, model evaluation, internal AI platforms, and production workflows. The ideal candidate can move fluidly between board-level value, front-office investment workflows, and deeply technical conversations about APIs, model routing, evals, retrieval, data security, observability, and responsible deployment in regulated environments. This role will be based in New York City or San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
