A Day in the Life You will work on a variety of complex project sites throughout the US with primary focus in Nashville. The compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 , in addition to an annual bonus commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location . To thrive in this role, you'll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities: Perform site visits, data collection or assignments. Prepare reports, tables, maps, drawings, and visual aids to evaluate, plan and obtain regulatory approval on project recommendations. Implement technical requirements to complete client projects by directing field staff to sample, test and collect data and/or document site activities. Ability to establish and maintain long-term working relationships with clients. Oversee proposals and business development activities. Lead and mentor junior staff members and work in collaborative team situations to solve problems and advance projects.
