About the Role As a Senior UX Manager, you will lead a team of full stack UX designers to create lovable, intuitive experiences across our enterprise SaaS products. You will coach and grow designers, co own roadmaps with Product and Engineering, and drive measurable outcomes such as PSAT, adoption, time to value , and support ticket reduction. You will strengthen research and analytics practices, champion design system adoption, ensure privacy by design and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and leverage modern AI assisted tooling to elevate efficiency, creativity, and delivery.
