Job Description The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the San Jose Repair facility. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and technical skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations. The individual will support a large facility and must be flexible with work schedule and be able to prioritize work. This position requires honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. Job Duties ADP Administrator for site including submitting weekly time for non-exempt workforce. Serves as Leave and Workers Compensation Administrator for employees by providing counselling to employees, managers, and HRBPs on topics and procedures related to leave of absences.
