Job Description The Director, Acquisition and Integration, is responsible for serving as an organizational leader for the planning and execution of cross-functional due diligence and integration activities related to external acquisitions, internal integrations, or other business arrangements requiring integration. The Director, Acquisition and Integration will be the main architect and executor of one or more integrations, simultaneously. Job Duties Co-lead to support due diligence on assigned deals in the role of global Integration Manager. Assemble the team and co-lead cross-functional due diligence activities with the Deal Leader, Interpret/critique valuations conducted by internal or external finance resources in the context of their feasibility based on diligence findings, Olympus capabilities and deal strategy. Review and provide input to legal agreements. Prepare and present a recommendation to executive leadership based on the findings.
