About the Role Old Mission Capital is looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to join our systems team. You'll support the endpoint infrastructure behind our global trading operations which includes keeping desktops running, users productive, and systems secure. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who takes ownership and wants to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment. Responsibilities - Maintain and support the Windows and Linux desktop environment across global offices - Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune - Manage user accounts, groups, and access in Active Directory and Entra ID - Support Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Office suite) - Keep desktops current with patches and security updates - Execute physical desk moves, hardware setup, and equipment reconfiguration as staff and seating arrangements change - Monitor service desk ticket queues to ensure timely response - Provide basic network, phone, and video conferencing support - Proactively identify recurring support issues and recommend process,
