About the Opportunity You will be joining a team at the intersection of strategic execution and executive operations. This hybrid role combines program management ownership with high-touch executive support, working closely with senior leadership to drive critical initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Doing - Lead the Swag & Merchandise program end-to-end, including vendor sourcing, procurement cycles, inventory management, budget tracking, and fulfilment for company events - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution, track risks, and proactively resolve issues - Manage senior leadership's calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing, anticipating needs and ensuring
