About the Opportunity We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives across Southeast Asia. You will own the full-funnel strategy for these markets - from improving market accessibility and reducing barriers to entry, to executing high-impact campaigns and driving product-led growth. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role where your work will directly influence user acquisition, activation, and retention across three of SEA's most dynamic markets. What You'll Be Doing Market Accessibility - Identify and remove friction points in the user onboarding journey specific to local market conditions, including language, payment methods, KYC flows, and regulatory requirements. - Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users. - Track and improve key
