Role Overview As a senior-level individual contributor, you will establish and scale enterprise-grade data governance while leading advanced Workday analytics. You will bridge the gap between People Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR), and innovation through Gen AI-driven reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Governance & Stewardship - Framework Ownership: Define and maintain enterprise data standards, policies, and ownership models. - Compliance & Privacy: Partner with Legal and Security to ensure alignment with GDPR and HIPAA. - Documentation: Manage data dictionaries, metadata, and lineage to ensure transparent data accountability. 2. Advanced Workday Reporting & Analytics - Report Architecture: Design complex Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports using Workday Prism and Discovery Boards. - System Optimization: Build scalable calculated fields and optimize report performance across HCM, Payroll, and Finance. - Insights: Translate complex business requirements into actionable, high-performance dashboards for leadership. 3.
