Position Description Oklo, Inc. is seeking a skilled and hands-on Network Systems Technician to support and maintain the company's network infrastructure, endpoint connectivity, and on-site IT systems. This role is focused on ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing network and systems operations across Oklo's offices, labs, and collaboration spaces. The Network Systems Technician will work closely with the IT/Cyber team to support daily operations, troubleshoot network and system issues, and assist with infrastructure upgrades in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the hardware, solving real-world connectivity problems, and providing excellent technical support to users. This is an on-site position in Santa Clara, CA. Specific responsibilities may include: Network & Connectivity Support - Support and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure, including switches, access points, firewalls, and cabling - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across user endpoints, conference rooms, labs, and office environments - Assist with network configuration tasks such as VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing - Support VPN and secure remote access solutions in coordination with the IT/Cyber team Systems & Endpoint Support - Provide hands-on support for user endpoints running macOS, Ubuntu/Linux, and Windows - Assist with provisioning, setup, and maintenance of endpoint devices and peripherals - Support basic server and virtualization environments (e.g., VMware) as needed - Manage user access and device connectivity using tools such
