Position Summary : The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll for approximately 320+ employees. This role supports all aspects of payroll operations including salary, hourly, bonus, and equity-related compensation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll compliance, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following : - Process and review semi-monthly (salary) and bi-weekly (hourly) multi-state payrolls for approximately 320+ employees using payroll system (ex: ADP workforce now); - Coordinate and process special payments (e.g. bonuses, equity, LOA); - Coordinate and review monthly/quarterly reporting to governmental agencies (federal and states) as required by law; - Support payroll processing related to equity compensation including
