About the Role We're hiring a Technical Talent Partner to own hiring for customer-facing technical roles - people who sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. What You'll Own - Own end-to-end recruiting for technical GTM roles (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineering) - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product leaders on hiring strategy and planning - Define and calibrate hiring criteria and interview processes - Build targeted pipelines from SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud companies - Conduct high-signal screening , assessing both technical depth and customer-facing ability - Drive closing and candidate experience in competitive markets - Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership What We're Looking For - 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
