The Role We're hiring a Director of Strategic Finance to be the analytical engine behind how Oasis grows. You'll own the budget, the forecast, and the reporting - but the real mandate is turning numbers into decisions: where we invest, how we price, which motions to double down on, and what the next chapter looks like. This is a builder's seat. You'll architect the operating model, the metrics, and the systems - helping build an AI-native finance function that drives how the company makes decisions.
