Summary of Position: NVE is seeking a Senior Director / Vice President, Production to serve as a senior leader within the Production department, responsible for overseeing multiple teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent delivery across a diverse portfolio of work. This role is critical to how Production operates at NVE, partnering cross-functionally to shape projects from the earliest stages, aligning teams and resources, and ensuring work is delivered with clarity, discipline, and quality. The ideal candidate is a production leader who can scale teams, structure complex work, and drive accountability across projects, people, and financial outcomes. Leveling Note : This role is open to candidates at both the Senior Director and Vice President level. Final leveling will be determined based on experience, leadership scope, and ability to drive strategic impact across the organization.
