What You'll Do: Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities across mechanical and electrical crews to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Effective leadership and direction of the maintenance team Meet with peers and subordinates to set schedule plans for the week and check daily progress. Maintain the technical expertise of their crew employees, monitoring their skill sets and development of training plans. Maintain the sustainability and reliability of all the plant systems and assures that the plant can meet business demands and schedules, for maximum profitability.
