The Senior Technical Analyst is a hands-on technical role that combines strong IT expertise with an understanding of business processes. This position supports and enhances enterprise applications by applying analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and clear communication. Working closely with business and IT teams, the role contributes to both operational support and project initiatives across applications and systems. It requires the ability to understand how systems function, how they support end-to-end processes, and how to translate technical concepts into practical insights for stakeholders. As a key team member, the Senior Technical Analyst collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support and improve integrated solutions.
