Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex benefits issues, providing guidance to HR Business Partners and leadership. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across regions. Lead benefits-related projects, including open enrollment, vendor transitions, and global alignment initiatives.
