Must start, operate, and shut down equipment in a manner to maximize production without unnecessary wear or harm to equipment & communicate with the Production Shift Supervisor. Responsible for the performance of equipment and minor preventative maintenance. Responsible for controlling raw material and product flow. Responsible for maintaining an efficient truck loading process through use of the site TLC system to process customer shipments. Responsible for ensuring that the quality standards for the product are met or exceeded by monitoring product and raw material inventories.
