About the Role We're looking for an execution-focused People & Talent Partner to join our People Success team. You'll own delivery of people programs spanning performance, engagement, onboarding, and L&D, while serving as a reliable operational resource for our HR Business Partners. About the Work - Support end-to-end execution of bi-annual performance review cycles, including system configuration, training, communications, and calibration support - Support the annual employee engagement survey from setup through results analysis and action planning - Run quarterly Cultural Champions and bi-monthly AI Coding Contest recognition programs - Partner with the People Success team to develop and scale AI fluency and L&D programs - Drive the new hire experience through orientation, quarterly events, new hire spotlights, and early-tenure 360-degree feedback check-ins - Identify and implement AI-driven automation across people workflows to reduce manual lift and surface program insights - Partner with the People Success team to explore and prototype net-new
