About the Role We're hiring a People and Compliance Site Lead to support our Houston, TX Operations & Vehicle Facility. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on ensuring strong daily execution, workforce readiness, and adherence to site standards and regulatory requirements. You'll act as an on-site operational partner to site leadership, focused on observing how work gets done, auditing processes and systems, and identifying gaps early to keep teams ahead of safety, compliance, and execution risks. This role ensures issues are addressed before they escalate and does not own employee relations investigations. About the Work - Monitor day-to-day site execution, workforce readiness, and adherence to policies and procedures - Conduct regular observations and audits across shifts to identify gaps in operations, safety, and manager consistency - Administer on-site drug screenings and readiness checks in line with company policy - Perform audits across attendance, onboarding, training completion, and documentation quality -
