About the Role We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to design, implement, and operate our global office and data center network . In this role, you will own the connectivity and performance of Nu's physical locations, ensuring that our offices and data centers are reliable, secure, and ready to support our next waves of growth. You will work on routing, switching, wireless, security, and observability across our global stack, leading key initiatives such as new office rollouts, critical connectivity improvements, and the evolution towards Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
