POSITION OVERVIEW This position will be responsible to ensure that our customers are accurately invoiced and loan information creations are processed and funded. Responsibilities include; identifying trends in billing issues and resolving these issues with IT, Customer Care or other organizations, user acceptance testing new IT projects, and providing coaching to various other teams.
