Job Summary Vivint is seeking an Outbound Dialer Administrator to own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of outbound calling capabilities on the Amazon Connect platform. This role ensures outbound contact operations are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives including lead contact rates, agent productivity, customer experience, and operational resiliency. This role also supports cross-training and operational backup for inbound IVR and routing administration to ensure platform resiliency and continuity. Key Responsibilities • Configure, maintain, and optimize outbound dialing strategies within Amazon Connect, including predictive, progressive, and preview dialing. • Manage outbound campaign configuration, list management, suppression logic, dialing rules, pacing, retries, and scheduling. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize outbound campaigns to improve contact rates, agent productivity, and customer experience
