Job Summary: Direct and manage multiple new utility-scale gas fired power generation development projects from inception through commercial operation. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project development including land acquisition, concept design, fuel supply, electrical interconnection, environmental permitting, financing and community engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of energy infrastructure, competitive power markets and regulatory requirements. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this position. In addition to competitive base pay, this position is eligible for project completion bonuses, as well as annual and long-term incentive plans Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Conceive and originate independent power plant development opportunities in response to unprecedented load growth primarily due to large new data centers.
