We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We need a Factory Shift Lead to own the evening shift, set the pace, and execute clean handoffs both directions. You will: - Lead the evening shift team, set the pace, own the outcome, execute a clean handoff - Take a clean handoff from day shift and leave a clean handoff for the next morning - Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems - Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec - Run forklifts and overhead cranes - Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision - Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders - Package, label, and stage outbound shipments - Record cut data and job completions in our software systems, accurately, every time
