We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We need a Factory Shift Lead to own the weekend shift and keep the floor running while the rest of the country is off. American factories do not stop, and neither do we. Nox Metals is an employer with real opportunity for long term career growth, this is a place to build a career, not just hold a job. Shift hours: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will: - Lead the weekend shift team, set the pace, own the outcome, execute a clean handoff - Take a clean handoff from the weekday team and leave the floor ready for Monday - Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems - Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec - Run forklifts and overhead cranes - Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision - Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders - Package, label, and stage outbound shipments - Record cut data and job
