We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We need a Factory Shift Lead to own night shift, run the floor through the overnight hours, and have everything ready for the day team. Nox Metals is an employer with real opportunity for long term career growth, this is a place to build a career, not just hold a job. Shift hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. You will: - Lead the night shift team, set the pace, own the outcome, execute a clean handoff - Take a clean handoff from evening shift and leave the floor ready for day shift - Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems - Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec - Run forklifts and overhead cranes - Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision - Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders - Package, label, and stage outbound shipments - Record cut data and job completions in our software systems, accurately, every time
