We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We need a Factory Operator on day shift to run the floor and move material out the door. Nox Metals is an employer with real opportunity for long term career growth, this is a place to build a career, not just hold a job. Shift hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will: - Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems - Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec - Run forklifts and overhead cranes - Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision - Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders - Package, label, and stage outbound shipments - Record cut data and job completions in our software systems, accurately, every time - Always ask questions, never guess when something is unclear - Look at every process and figure out how to make it better - Keep the floor clean, organized, and ready for the next job - Work safely every shift and
