Nox Metals is a technology company in Detroit supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We need a Factory Operator on day shift to run the floor and move material out the door. Nox Metals is an employer with real opportunity for long term career growth, this is a place to build a career, not just hold a job. Shift hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will: - Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems - Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec - Run forklifts and overhead cranes - Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision - Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders - Package, label, and stage outbound shipments - Record cut data and job completions in our software systems, accurately, every time - Always ask questions, never guess when something is unclear - Look at every process and figure out how to make it better - Keep the floor clean, organized, and ready for the next job - Work safely every shift and
