ABOUT THE ROLE You'll design the CFTC DCM compliance program from the ground up and continue refining it as the business grows. You'll be the one regulators hear from when they have questions, and you'll sit alongside Engineering and Product as new features take shape - not reviewing them after the fact. We're looking for someone who knows the Core Principles inside and out, wants real decision-making authority, and gets more excited about building something than inheriting it.
