ABOUT THE ROLE At Novig, data directly shapes the product - what we ship, what we measure, and the calls we make about what comes next. As an Analytics Lead, you'll partner with our Head of Analytics to build the foundation - strategically and tactically - shaping our analytics roadmap, bringing structure to open questions, and helping the team make sharper, faster decisions. You'll help define what analytics looks like at Novig long-term: working with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Design to build the data models, pipelines, and dashboards our team runs on and surface the insights behind the decisions we make.
