Billing Assistant Broussard, LA, United States The Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing consistent, accurate, and timely support across inside sales, order management, and billing activities for Fortress Downhole Tools. This role is accountable for reconciling monthly tool counts with district managers, creating Sales Orders, processing invoices in Prophet 21, and submitting and tracking all customer invoices to ensure accuracy and on-time payment. The Billing Coordinator also supports administrative needs across the Sales and Operations teams as assigned.
