About this role

Registered Nurse - Pre Surgical Testing Syosset, Nassau, United States Plans, implements and evaluates nursing regimens for an assigned number of patients. Collaborates with Physician/ Nurse Practitioners and other Health team members in meeting total health care needs of patients. Serves as the primary Nurse and/or Team Leader in the delivery of nursing care. Must be flexible in performing clinical and non-clinical functions as the primary nurse. Perform chart reviews, patient education, and patient instructions.
