As a Finance Business Partner , you'll play a critical role in supporting programmes that directly contribute to UK national security. Reporting to the OU Business Finance Manager, you'll be a trusted partner to programme and leadership teams, providing insight, challenge and clarity to drive sound financial decision-making. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative Business Finance team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of projects across the NSS business area. You don't need a defence background - what matters is your business partnering experience, attention to detail and ability to influence through insight. This is a role where your work has visibility, impact and purpose. Key Responsibilities Act as a leader within the Business Management function, collaborating across the organisation to support current and future programme needs Provide clear financial analysis and insight to programme and leadership teams, influencing operational and strategic decisions Take ownership of assigned accounts
