Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Field Team Leader to manage and support a team of Field Auditors across day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting field activities, and maintaining strong communication with auditors and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Responsibilities Team Management & Performance Lead, motivate, and support a team of Field Auditors Monitor KPIs, productivity, and compliance with operational standards Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions Provide on-the-job training and ongoing development support Field Operations Coordinate fieldwork planning and visit assignments Monitor fieldwork progress and auditor utilization Support auditors in resolving operational and store-related challenges Conduct physical store checks and panel controls when required Recruitment & Resource Coordination Support hiring activities including interviews and onboarding Manage resignation processes
