The role as the Lead RMA Engineer is to oversee a team of RMA process engineers and work on upcoming development programs. Role Description & Responsibilities: · Collaborate with multiple disciplines to meet program deadlines · Drive concurrent engineering principles within the team Mentor/develop the process engineers within the RMA process engineering team Peer review new and modified RMA planning, PFMEA's, CONOPS, MBOMs and other Process Engineering
