Senior Engineer - Mechanical / Structures Australia-Amberley AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU- Secret (NV1) TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Description Northrop Grumman has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join the KC-30A Engineering & Technical Services (E&TS) team in direct support of NGA sustainment programs. As a Senior Mechanical and Structures Engineer, you will use your strong technical acumen in support of aircraft airworthiness, safety, availability, reliability, maintainability, mission success, and life cycle costs goals. Additionally, you will co-ordinate investigations into aircraft system deficiencies, within your technical discipline while mentoring junior staff. Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical / Avionics / Mechatronics) Background in the military would be advantageous; however, industry adjacent experience is also highly valued Knowledge of configuration management, airworthiness regulation, and certification concepts
