As our Lead Business Analyst you will be embedded within the software delivery teams elaborating new work, populating the product / service backlog, advising and enabling the Product Owner. Key Responsibilities: You proactively identify stakeholders, build and manage relationships, and support the priorities of the delivery team You build strong relationships with the user community, and build understanding of the drivers behind their requirements You work with stakeholders to elicit, capture and elaborate their requirements, documenting them to a level which enables effective delivery of required outcomes
